R.W. Hyde Construction, Inc. successfully completed construction on a new pipe fabrication and sheet metal shop for Cox Engineering.
The work consisted of a new 37,500 SF pre-engineered building, including: extensive site work with a new 600’ main entrance to the property, reworking the existing parking lot, and a new 800-amp service that was no small challenge during the pandemic. Hyde was the last permit issued (3-17-2020) at the start of the pandemic and turned over the building with an occupancy date of 11-24-2020. Project came in under budget at $5.1 million.
