RW Hyde recently completed a multi million dollar modernization of the tenant amenities at Ferncroft - 35 Village Road in Middleton. Multiple logistical and technical challenges were overcome to deliver a sleek, upscale & contemporary product featuring some of the largest format wall & floor tile on the market today. Early reports indicate tenants love the new cafeteria lounge and golf simulator!

Industrious at Legacy place in Dedham represents one of the largest undertakings in RW Hyde Construction’s 35+ year portfolio. In partnership with WS Development, this impressively appointed 35,000 sq ft build out was delivered on time and on budget. From the massive combined reception, kitchen and lounge to the conference room facilities and shared spaces, this shared office space was designed to dazzle tenants and visitors alike.

In 2022, Hyde Construction completed the build-out for Workbar, a mixed-use collaborative and single-person workspace at 500 Unicorn Park in Woburn, MA. Construction on this multi-million dollar contract consisted of a tenant fit up for a 22,000 SF flexible workspace including conference rooms and kitchen.

Cox Engineering
A new 37,500 SF pre-engineered building for Cox Engineering, including: an extensive site work job with a new 600’ main entrance to the property, reworking of the existing parking lot, and a new 800-amp service. Hyde was the last permit issued (3-17-2020) at the start of the pandemic and turned over the building with an occupancy date of 11-24-2020. Project came in under budget at $5.1 million.

Interior cafeteria renovation of MKS in Lawrence, MA. Work included demolition of old machine shop, as well as new walls, floors, ceilings and casework. Upgrade to sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Installation of new HC restrooms with showers and addition of several offices and conference room. Project cost $650,000
